- Achievement of Sales Budget/target
- Formulating & Implementing Marketing Plans ( including policies of Distribution, Pricing) as per budget and forecast and delegation to team members, New Product Development
- Selection, Assessment and Coaching and Motivating Team members, Managing their development requirements
- Carry out Identify New Opportunities in Market, Making appropriate strategies to counter competitor's strategies through Market Intelligence
Profile
- Rich exposure of working in multi geographical regulated markets especially emerging markets
- Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
