- Lead the overall sales revenue line for South Asia
- Planning and executing long term expansion plans
Client Details :
Global medical devices MNC with presence in more than 40 countries
Description :
- Team Management and coaching
- Managing new product launches
- Align sales organisation structure to maximise efficiency and meet corporate objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Set clear annual business objectives and manage the team to perform against overall client satisfaction, client profitability, new revenue growth and retention
Profile :
- 15+ year's product sales experience within the medical devices industry
- Demonstrated track record of building strong relationships with KOL's
- Experience of working in a hands-on and dynamic business environment
- Good academic pedigree - bachelor's degree and MBA (preferred)
