Director - Sales & Marketing - Luxury Hotels/Resorts (10-18 yrs)
Our client is a leading chain of luxury properties in India and is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing Sales Activities:
- Managing the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts.
- Determines and develops marketing communication activities, competitive shopping reports and uses other resources to maintain an awareness of the hotel's market position.
- Researches competitor's sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.
- Supports the General Manager by coordinating crisis communications and manages leisure luxury weddings, corporate events, MICE.
- Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and implements the brand's service strategy
- Develops strong community and public relations by maintaining property participation in local, regional and national level
