Duties & Responsibilities :

A) Digital Marketing :

- Conceptualizing, designing, creating social media content as per the company's strategy

- Increasing brand awareness to the target audience in student community and business at large

- Create original content for increasing Instagram followership

- Conceptualize and execute strategy for increasing brand recall

- Sustaining active social media presence

B) Business Development:

- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders of the industry

- Finding and partnering with key strategic partners

- End to end process management of placing students for global geographies like USA, UAE, France

- Conduct assessment process of prospective students

- Develop and train selected candidates for interview preparation. Ensure the requisite soft skills are imparted to aspiring candidates

- Relationship management with colleges

- Initiating and building relationships with CXOs of Hospitality industry in respective global geographies

- Assisting prospective candidates with immigration process post selection

- Best in class customer service, we are pioneers in the industry. Responsible for increasing the net promoter score.

- Cold calling and other strategies to initiate new relationship with likely colleges thereby increasing the pool of prospective candidates

- Record maintenance and management
