Role Overview
Were looking for a Director of Sales to spearhead enterprise customer acquisition in India and North America. This is a senior strategic role that combines leadership, consultative sales, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing India-based sales team focused on outbound prospecting and deal closures.
- Drive the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders in target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver compelling proposals, demos, and pitches.
- Represent the organization at key industry events and client meetings in India and the US.
- Analyze competitive trends and customer feedback to refine offerings and GTM strategies.
- Set KPIs and revenue goals, track performance, and mentor the sales team to exceed targets.
- Establish scalable and repeatable sales processes that drive predictable growth.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 12 to 18 years of experience in B2B IT services sales, with 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven success in closing complex enterprise-level deals.
- Expertise in selling services such as digital transformation, custom software development, or product engineering.
- Consultative selling experience with the ability to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and cross-functional partners.
- Willingness to travel internationally (mainly USA).
