- Experienced in setting an Inside Sales team, process, and technology
- Build and manage a global team of SDR - Sales Development Reps
- Hire, train and coach SDRs
- Experience in using sales management tools like Salesforce
- Must have managed a target of at least $1M in sales.
- Must of sales experience in North America and/or Europe
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Create a Lead Generation and nurturing system to build a pipeline to support company sales targets
- Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
- Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology
- Participate in Management meetings for planning and reporting progress
- Collaborates with marketing, product development and implementation, marketing and advertising initiatives with assigned individuals throughout the organization to design sales collateral material.
- Develops and implements strategic distribution and growth plan for product lines to grow desirable market share and transform under-performing markets
- Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management
