Looking to hire a Sales Director for Global IT Solutions Firm, based at United States.

Position Summary -

Our client is looking at Senior Sales professionals / Rainmakers for Americas. Rain Maker plays a significant role in contributing to and facilitating the achievement of the strategic business goals of the Company by 'partnering' for success with key customer

The incumbent is expected to have around 20 years of extensive experience in driving new sales, hunting new logos and helping enterprises innovate & disrupt in the marketplace. This role will be focusing on offering the next generation solutions across domains-

- Healthcare, Life Sciences and Manufacturing

- BFSI

- Retail & CPG Vertical

companies and enterprises for all of North Americas.

Deepening Client / Partner engagements & executing business expansion is at the core this role with a strategy to successfully scaling out offerings and executing business expansion plans. The incumbent will focus on hunting new accounts; sensing new business opportunities and building new sales pipelines with a strong mandate to drive profitable growth and footprint expansion.

The person will be accountable for the growth of products and solution focused on technologies and solutions for the market.

Key Responsibilities-

- He/ She has the responsibility for strengthening the organization's capabilities, bringing a dynamic, vibrant and performance-oriented culture and instilling a sense of pride, ownership and accountability.

- He/she is primary responsibility of new business development in assigned geography.

- The incumbent would represent the organization for new business and relationship development in the IT Services and outsourcing industry, targeting Fortune 100/500 companies and build our client's market position by creating new revenue streams to augment business growth. He/she is expected to personally sell & support the sell in key account.

- He/ She is expected to maintain comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the new business development process, along with demonstrating strong financial, business, and industry insights and consultative selling skills that can be applied to opportunities across the business unit.

- Model excellence in customer service, including soliciting and resolving client inquiries and challenges throughout the sales cycle, communicating applicable needs or issues to peers on the leadership team.

- Take charge of all aspects of the sales cycle including opportunity identification, bid qualification, proposal making, due diligence, bid defense, commercials and an eventual win, ensuring a bid to win ratio significantly above the Company average.

- Forecast and anticipate sales requirements, trends, and variances.

Education-

- 20+ years of successful experience selling IT services and Digital services.

- Bachelor's Degree (Masters is a Plus)

Experience-

- The individual will be a proven, successful, savvy sales executive.

- He/ She will have a high energy level, excellent communication skills and able to garner immediate respect and acceptance based on experience, intelligence, and interpersonal skills.

- Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend.

- Hands-on executive who will successfully assimilate into the corporate culture and become involved as a member of the high-performing team.

- Professional whose credibility and expertise can gain immediate acceptance and respect within the organization.

- Comfort level in a results-oriented yet team-oriented collaborative environment.

- Has strong deal closing abilities

- Strong domain experience in the given sector is a must
