Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients and develop Software practices especially on the ADM, e-Com, BI and MS Dynamics AX/NAV/CRM verticals. However, the right person will have the freedom to develop any Software practice where he/she has the experience and network to grow the practice to a definite revenue potential. - Establish and develop relationships with key personnel of ISV partners preferably Microsoft, building a partner channel leading to sale of company's services and solutions. - Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. - Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. - Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel. - Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Requirements: - Candidate with 14+ years of experience in Software Services core sales, channel sales, solution selling and business development in India and US markets. MBA desired in one of the following streams (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations). - Leadership experience in sales having demonstrated strategic thinking, tactful negotiation and have a successful sales track record. - Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills with reasonable level of technical proficiency. - Should co-ordinate with delivery team on pre-sales presentations, RFP response, solution architecture preparation etc. and take the sales cycle to closure. - Strong MS platform withstrong Dynamics AX/NAV/CRM solution experience. - Established and mature partner relationships, Microsoft Dynamics suite of products preferred. - Extensive experience of working with virtual teams across functions and geographies. - Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences. - Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners. Soft Skills: - Exceptional interpersonal skills. - Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment - Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced and data driven environment - Strong stakeholder management, ability to build deep relationships with clients andpartners. - Good knowledge of quality standards, legislations and best practices. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
