A global quick growing enterprise software player disrupting the market with its cloud and mobile based enterprise software in HRMS providing meaningful reports and HR analytics to cover entire employee lifecycle. The organization helps businesses implement sustainable workforce management practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :


- The role of the Sales Director is to drive the end-to-end sales process of the of service offerings to prospect financial institutions, manufacturing, FMCG, retail and new verticals.

- Demonstrating efficiency of solutions in technical and non-technical communication to a wide variety of stakeholders in the buying decision (CEO, CFO, CTO, CHRO etc.)

- Gathering high level requirements to provide a solution selling model to clients.

- Own requests for proposals, the creation of mock-ups, RFP response, business cases, proof of concepts of proposed solutions and other support materials.

- Addressing concerns/questions related to competitors, pricing model, post-sales support, system performance /configuration in cooperation with pre and post sales team.

Ideal Candidate :

- The successful candidate should have 9+ years of work experience in sales preferably HRTech.

- Experience in SaaS or Solutions Sales is mandatory.

- The candidate should have a good hold on North/South India Market.

- The candidate should be able to leverage relationships to dig out opportunities with companies in the given territory

- The candidate should be able to report on a daily / weekly basis to the reporting manager on state of business and sales initiatives

- Strong Communication Skills
