Job Opening for Ecommerce Healthtech company, it is backed by leading PE/VC/impact investor firms.
Location - Delhi
Position - Director Sales
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for an assigned territory.
- Setting the sales targets, tracking the progress and creating reports.
- Onboarding new doctors and managing the key accounts. The role will involve 70% of travelling and during the remaining time the sales need to be monitored and closed telephonically from the office.
- Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation and Conduct regular events for onboarding and engaging with existing doctors in the local area.
- Experience in successfully owning P&L of a business of sizeable scale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. MBA will be preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Distribution Management, sales and customer relationship management for General Trade.
