URGENT Opening

Our Client part of a Large Business Group is entering the Healthcare RCM Solutions space in the US to offer end-to-end RCM services from our New Delhi, India delivery location. We have the experience (technological and financing) to bring scale and knowledge in the Healthcare BPO vertical.

We are looking to on-board a senior sales leader to create and cultivate new business relationships with executive-level healthcare contacts who are buyers of outsourced RCM services including Coding, Billing and Accounts Receivables.The individual will drive the growth of the company in this vertical and earn a base salary with a generous sales commission. This position reports into the CEO of the company and will have dotted line relationship for support with all senior management/ department heads.

This is a unique opportunity for the right sales leader to leverage our success in IT, BPO, Analytics & ARM services combined with organizational strength, brand value and solid reputation to support our aggressive growth goals in Healthcare RCM Services.

Location: US (any city). Virtual home Office. OR Delhi

We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience of selling multi-year outsourced Healthcare Coding, Billing & RCM engagements to Providers, Professionals as well as Billing Companies.

Qualifications:

- Eight to ten years of successful sales and business development experience within the national healthcare industry selling outsourced Healthcare Coding, Billing & RCM engagements (selling for offshore service providers is a plus)

- Has a successful track record in achieving sales targets

- Has a contact / prospect network that is current and strong

- Experienced and accomplished in delivering stand up executive level management presentations.

- Experience responding to RFPs and writing proposals.

- Strong prospecting and closing skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Managing the handoff from sales to operations effectively so as to ensure a smooth start to each project.

Responsibilities:

- Win key accounts and account management

- Develop a strong pipeline of new prospects through personal contact, tradeshows, outreach and face-to-face meetings.

- Develop and execute on Annual Sales plan

- Effectively develop and manage professional relationship at the - C- level.
