Our client, a VC funded Financial Technology company, has created a fully digital Wealth Management Solution to connect family offices and HNI investors with global opportunities, including alternative assets like Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate Funds and Hedge Funds. The platform enables customers to invest in high-quality global growth startups, private debt opportunities and other opportunities (Equity baskets, structured products, liquid funds, etc.).

To further expand in the market and drive revenue generation, our client is looking for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be part of the leadership team in the company. She will be responsible for creating and developing company brand in APAC region, overall client acquisition and relationship management.

Role Brief :

Work with Asia's biggest family offices and HNIs to onboard and activate them as investors. The responsibility for this role will be to generate revenue, make sure the Investment team is bringing the right opportunities that fit the investor base and work closely with the tech team to innovate and create new digital products/platforms.

Candidate Profile :

We are seeking a high caliber individual to take company's offerings to the ultra HNIs and Family offices. This person should have:

- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in the Private Banking / Wealth Management industry

- Entrepreneurial mind-set with calibre and inclination to build business from scratch

- Proven track record of creating and implementing sales strategy driving growth through acquisition of HNI clients

- The role holder should have business relationships with ultra HNIs and family offices

- Proven track record of successfully expanding relationships with strategic accounts

Job Responsibilities :

Revenue Generation :

- Focus on organic/network driven customer acquisition

- Both hunting and farming of new and existing HNI clients and family offices

- Identify and onboard new network partners (Private Banks, Wealth Firms, Independent advisors) to source customers

- Build a team of wealth managers for actively managing relationships

Account management and development :

- Develop and maintain senior executive relationships

- Relationships with the network partners to encourage them in new customer acquisition

Product Enhancement :

- Providing inputs based on customer feedback for product enhancement
