Director - Sales - Farm Cluster Segment - Agri (9-25 yrs)
Job Description:
- Establish key sales and procurement business, as regional P&L leader including defining, processes and strategies for distribution, contracting, business planning, and forecasting;
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, establish new distribution networks for products;
- Ensure sales efforts align and support overall organizational strategy, both long- and short-term;
- Manage end to end logistics and warehousing operations in that region
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and forecasts for revenue, working capital, costing, margin and expenses; recap and analyze business results versus plan;
- Develop and drive a team in effective Key Account Management ensuring high focus on ROIs, Target ownership, Contingency Management, Stakeholder Management etc;
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working in Distribution, Sales, Logistics Management, P&L management;
- In-depth understanding of local laws, regulations (Customs, Taxation etc) and good financial acumen.
- Strong consumer focus and sound stakeholder management;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Self driven leader with ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
