Job Description :
- Managing the sales team of atleast 30 people
- Drive sales goal setting process with team leaders & designed sales incentive plans, with sales leadership
- Hire, build and motivate teams to achieve profit targets for BU and ensure month-on-month growth
- Create strategies, that steer the BU team including overall organization structure, hiring, sales targets, lead generation & management, territory optimization etc.
- Identify and create sales funnel of alternate sales channels, aimed at reduced fixed cost.
- Good with inside sales
