Job brief  We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director for a reputed large Manufacturing Company. The person will be responsible for driving sales & marketing for a large region handling large volume. Its a P&L role ( 4000 Crore plus T/O). Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, strengthening the retail distribution channel and action plans. B2C experience managing large volumes is must.   Key Responsibilities  - Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts  - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share  - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships  - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives  - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations  - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends  - Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Requirements  - Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets  - Previous experience of managing large volumes ( upwards of 4000 Crore) is a key requisite.   - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level  - Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
