Our client is a SaaS organization powering e-commerce for some of the world's largest hotels. They are backed by marquee investors and are the market leaders in this segment
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers, improve the customer's usage of products and services, and drive adoption of new features that help customers.
- Own overall revenue numbers through new customer acquisition and renewals/upsells to existing customers.
- Deliver revenue goals of the company - Build, manage, and develop high performance business development and customer success organizations.
- Build a network of partners to accelerate business growth
- Represent client at industry events.
- 5 to 10 years in sales and account management, with minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Thinking on the feet and good flair to convince customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Solid analytics skills and good knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to travel extensively.- Network in the hotel industry a plus
