Job Description - The business development director's responsibilities include acquiring business, approaching new business avenues, and building/strengthening internal and external relationships. The person will also be responsible for managing client relations, implementing strategies designed to increase revenue and acquire new business opportunities. You should also be able to collaborate across functions to develop innovative business growth strategies.

With a solid share of business, they are now focused on having a robust Offline Marketing Services business. They are poised to transform the industry with some distinct and innovative work in their space, and need a strong Sales & Business Development Director to fuel and sustain that growth across the country.
In this role, reporting to the Founder - the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Acquiring new businesses and tapping into new business avenues
- Driving and scaling revenue and profitable business growth
- Building, developing, mentoring and driving team of versatile individuals towards the business vision
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients, brand, and stakeholders to keep an active understanding of market and business trends
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the business across industries, sector and geographies
- Researching new markets and emerging market trends.
- Formulating and implementing a holistic business plan for scaling business YOY
- Continually learning about the company's products and expansion, diversification of the same.
The Candidate should have a passion for Sales and a curiosity for Marketing along with a proven track record of Sales and Scale. Post-Graduation in any field from a Premium Business School would be preferred. Ambitious and entrepreneur mindset is crucial to have along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional leadership and management skills along with effective communication and negotiation skills are important. The potential candidate will possess strong business acumen and will be detail-oriented and persuasive with a consultative Sales approach.
