Director - Sales - Automotive OEM (14-24 yrs)

Develop and Implement strategies to obtain market share by establishing and achieving target sales volumes and margins. To serve as the principal contact with automotive OEMs in the region and to prepare strategies to meet needs of customers.

Principle Accountabilities :

- Meet or exceed company sales goals, performance objectives and desired profitability.

- Enhance market position by improving current products, researching, testing, and introducing new products and increase market share.

- Identify customer requirements and prepare plans to meet their needs

- Prepare short and long-term forecasts, budget strategies and action plans.

- Project this company's capabilities and functions to industry and government through representations, presentations and participating at various conference and trade shows.

- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare internal reports on competitive threats, sales forecasts, activity reports, sales variance, customer profiles, marketing strategies and longrange planning

- Contribute to team effort by offering information and opinion as a member of senior management team; integrating objectives with other functions; accomplishing related results as needed.

- Identify and implement plans for motivation, retention and training & development of team members.
