Job Description -
- Drive Sales within India to achieve and exceed the strategic revenue
- This individual create the platform for growth and help develop the internal processes and procedures to efficiently scale the business
- The successful candidate will have full functional responsibility and be directly responsible for driving sustainable, long-term growth in revenues and profits for the ATM and related services
- Lead the development of the company's strategy and operate as a visionary in exploring new markets and growth opportunities
- Develop and sustain high level customer relationships
- Manage the tender bidding process and ensure deal closure
- Service Oriented approach to understand customer issues and handling them effectively to have greater customer satisfaction
- Solution Oriented approach to understand customer issues and handling them effectively to have greater customer satisfaction
- Excellent, written oral communication skills, presentation, negotiation, team management, relationship building skills & ability to operate and handle the large team.
- Good understanding of tendering process and RFP in banking domain.
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Good networking skills with Senior Management of target customers.
- Result Oriented with track record of achievements
- Exposure to manage business in large accounts independently
- Delivery oriented and can work under pressures, will be a link between customer and the execution teams
- Strong business acumen
