Sales Director - Aquaculture


- Plan, implement and monitor Sales Strategy / Business Year Planning

- Implement sales strategy according to the company and group business strategy.

- Configure and implement strategic plan for your department including a complete analysis: budgets, financial goals, developments and correction of the possible diversions.

- Establish short-term and long-term commercial planning.

Accounting and Financial management in Sales / Budget Control :

- Elaborate Sales Budget, yearly plan, monthly forecast, and follow-up.

- Establish commercial margins and monitoring.

- Monitoring the budget department and performing adequate corrective actions.

- Improve operational performance and contribute to achieve good financial company results.

Key account management :

- Create and maintain optimal sales system contributing an efficient organization and qualitative and quantitative sales targets.

- Align product and service technical portfolio with the company global strategy.

Plan, implement and monitor Sales Strategy :

- Formulate sales strategy contributing to ensure products portfolio according targets and sales system; Organization of sales actions, publicity and participate in meetings and congresses in the sector.

Market/product development :

- Ensure an adequate follow-up business, markets, and needs of the customers trends contributing to develop new products and markets.

- Stimulate business opportunities and optimize products and technical service portfolio.

Human Resource Management :

- Organizes, manages and develops the department in line with corporate guidelines, in order to be equipped for current and future business challenges and contribute to the optimization of business results
