Director - Sales - Animal Nutrition (10-25 yrs)
- Develop and implement the sales strategies for India which are in line with the Global and Cluster Asia strategies.
- Lead and manage commercial activities in India through effective sales and team management (e.g. structure, people and process).
- Manage and be accountable for the top line growth and cost management including annual budgeting (volumes, sales profit/margin, costs, etc).
- Lead and drive key account management.
- Manage pricing and corresponding negotiation to maximize the profitability of the business.
- Select, manage, motivate, and develop employees and channels (e.g. distributors) to ensure business performance in line with short term and long term goals.
- Develop the capabilities of the sales team for sales excellence.
