Client Details: The client is a large MNC into alcohol beverage space. Looking to hire sales director for India market
The key responsibilities would be:
- Grow the popularity of the company's products within designated trade channels
- Their chief responsibility is to foster more sales for the products produced by the company in designated trade channels.
- present strong branding to drive growth in existing and new markets
- The director will ensure that the brand is well-represented and effective at growing sales. They must nurture the brands so they become instantly recognisable and in-demand within the liquor industry.
- Profit and loss responsibility within each trade channel
- Create sales plans for different regions and territories that align with the distillery's objectives
- They must co-ordinate account planning sessions with regional sales teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years experience in sales management (mandatory in alcohol beverage space)
- Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
