- He/She will handle Business development and Account growth, Should be Excellence in project execution, Project P&L delivery and Team development. He will built and manage client relationships and deliver multi functional projects across sectors such as Foods, Beverages and Personal Care.
- He/she will Build New Business from scratch with P&L focus, Rural Marketing, Sales transformation etc.
- Should have handled transformation projects, solved complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- The incumbent will handles growth Strategy, - Go to Market- Strategy, Portfolio Diversification strategy, Distribution Cost Reduction, Profitability/Competitiveness Improvement, Workforce Transition Strategy, Operating Model Design & Implementation, Market Share Improvement etc.
- Will report to the Partner
- Must have consulting experience
- Demonstrated versatility in working well with a wide spectrum of clients with varying business sizes and capability maturity
