- 12+ years of experience of managing large change projects / business transformation projects across front office, risk and finance functions like capital markets, sales and trading, wealth management, regulatory transformations, data quality and controls etc - Experience in leading transformation and change programs is a must - Excellent understating of front to back office, risk and finance processes and technology infrastructure of global markets and commercial banks and expertise in atleast one of sales and trading, finance controls and risk management areas - Understanding of automation technologies and analytics - like RPA, machine learning and AI . - Understanding of regulatory environment and markets requirements - Strong project management, business analysis and stake holder management skills - Strong people management, team building and influencing skills as well as stakeholder management skills - Willingness to be flexible and work in a dynamic and changing environment - Excellent communication skills both oral and written. - Additional professional qualifications such as PMI / Prince2, FRM/PRM/CQF would be preferred
