About Client: Our client is a startup NBFC, focusing on providing green financing solutions to Credit borrowers in Tier 2/3 towns across India specifically focusing on three wheelers.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Institutionalize end-to-end processes for each new credit case including field investigation, sanction documents, credit checks, NACH, Hypothecation, disbursement delivery and coordination.

- Custodian of zero tolerance policy in compliance with established operational processes.

- Build out operations team - central + field.

- Daily management of case flow and exceptions.

- Updation of extant processes basis regulatory changes

- Compliance reporting

- Manage performance of operations team, setting objectives, training and development to staff, growth and retention.

Candidate Details:

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science or any other in the related field.

- 7+ years of experience in In-depth knowledge of financial operations, loan processes, and regulatory compliance for wheels business.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
