Qualification : CA Position: Director of Revenue in matrix organization; with direct reporting to Senior Vice President in Bangalore and dotted line to the Director of Revenue (Global) in the US. Skills 10+ years- experience with CA/CPA - Experience with Revenue recognition in similar industry; implementation of ASC 606, IFRS 15 - In depth knowledge and experience of converting Local GAAP Financial Statement to IFRS and US GAAP - Data analytical skills, with expert knowledge of associated controls and procedures - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with independent auditors - Ability to work with virtual, global teams - Deep understanding of accounting principles and their application - Expertise of working on spreadsheets and other MS office applications (MS word, PowerPoint) - Managerial experience of five years - Knowledge of Great Plains ERP preferred - International work and culture exposure to the US, UK and Europe
