Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the commercial leasing sector.

- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture.

Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.

- Develop innovative leasing strategies and best practices.

- Strengthen the company's brand presence in the commercial real estate sector.

Operational Excellence & Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyse key performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
