The Value You Deliver:

- Manage the day to day responsibilities of the Pod team. This involves driving team members to manage toward key elements of the scorecard and SLA's (voicemail rates, email returns, Xtrac rates, etc.).

- Manage pod staffing levels based on capacity needs. 1st level of escalation for senior managing directors.

- Work to develop and deploy pro-active strategies to deliver products and services to the clients supported by the Pod.

- Represent the needs of the Innovation Pod with various business partners such as Marketing, RM Middle Office, Product, TRS, CSA teams.

- Perform all responsibilities of Managing Director for small markets (<$5M).

- Take ownership for execution against defined measures that result in retention and loyalty of clients and associates.

- Be accountable for retention, client loyalty, and revenue opportunities for Team Book of Business Influence appropriate service model for clients based on their stated goals and objectives, as well as their economic contribution

- Provide leadership across internal support organizations to provide cross functional accountability for client retention and loyalty.

- Drive engagement with internal business leaders in joint planning and client strategies to deliver upon desired outcomes.

- Build competencies in associates to deliver outstanding results that benefit clients

- Coach and mentor to provide continued career development. Identify and manage at risk situations.

- Demonstrate proactive, innovative and creative solution with a sense of urgency.

- Act as a resource to peers This role, along with the team that will roll up to this individual, will span multiple RM functions, including the Innovation Pod, Advisor Help Desk and Coverage Pod

The Expertise We're Looking For:

- Overall, 12 + years of experience.

- 5 years of Team and people management experience

- 5+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience; preferably within Retirement/401K industry

- Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream.
