Director - Regulatory

- Advisory, Compliance support and Opinions on matters under Companies Act 2013.

- Working knowledge of Advisory, Opinions and guiding compliances of NBFCs and under SEBI.

- Exposure to mergers, demergers and reconstructions.

- Representation at Authorities.

- Basic working knowledge and exposure to FEMA.

- Interacting with Senior Management of Client Groups including UHNIs, Family Offices and large Corporates from various industries for successful completion of assignments and enhancing client dealings.

- Strong Client management and relationship.

- Supporting, training and mentoring the team to ensure timely delivery of quality work.

- Requisite knowledge and experience in above fields, having worked on similar matters at reputed consulting / CA firms / Law Firms / Large Corporates.

- Expert technical knowledge in terms of understanding & interpreting current legislation and its practical application.

- Good Communication and Presentation Skills, especially for interactions with clients and authorities.

- Proven Client handling and relationship skills.

- Positive & proactive attitude with an ability to strategize & work systematically & independently.

- Desire for professional growth based on continued learning as regulations evolve

- Requisite Experience: Over 8 years of relevant post qualification experience
