Director - Reconciliations - Technology Role - Investment Bank (15-30 yrs)
Hiring for one of the Brand Investment Bank in Pune for Director - Reconciliations role with 15+yrs experience (Technology Role) - NOT Operational.
Some of the essentials are as :
- Experience of leading, managing and coaching a high performing application/software development team. Should have strong technical background and should have delivered large scalable projects. Should have Architecture/Design acumen
- Strong people management skills.
- Proven track record in vendor management
- Ability to guide, lead team of technical experts in reconciliation space with working knowledge of IntelliMatch or similar products would be preferred
- Person should have technical architecture as well functional architecture working knowledge in the space of reconciliation and should be able to drive results
- Strong project /program management ability is must to have to drive vendor teams to deliver reconciliation strategic architecture.
- Good working knowledge of Capital Markets, OTC Derivatives, mid office Systems would be highly valued.
