Experience : Candidate should have min 18+ years experience in R&D with minimum 5-8 year experience in R&D, Formulation,Process development NPD & Innovation in Pharma, Chemical FMCG or FOOD business is Must. Candidate should have stable career with contributions at each of the places with professional companies and competitive environment.

JOB Profile :-

- Will Lead R&D & NPD department.

- Built R & D as Centre of Excellence driving Innovation to lead business with High ROI, hiring & leading new resources on board with zero attrition & created infrastructure from scratch.

- Developed NPD/QFD process & deployed the same across the organization with key focus on capturing consumer & market insights, so as to develop the products that can meet unmet needs of consumers & deliver an aspirational value.

- Execute the product development plan as per the AOP, meeting the cost and timelines expectations.
