KRA's / Job Responsibilities :

- End-to-end responsibility for delivery on key client accounts front-end role in scoping and delivery of key projects.

- Adhere to high-quality standards across all proposals

- Identify sales trends and closely manage profitability on projects.

- Should be available to travel to present project outcomes to clients, and to support business development endeavors.

- Lead/participate in telephonic or in-person hypothesis gathering sessions, and moderate client discussions.

- Demonstrate subject matter expertise and gravitas in business areas to help add validity and relevance to findings from an engagement.

- Work closely with the sales leadership to develop new client accounts and new areas of business.

- Lead and support revenue growth by providing subject matter expertise in the design and delivery phases of engagements.

Qualification :

- MBA / Post-Graduation from a reputed Management Institute

- 10+ years of experience in delivering strategic insights engagements across industries involving quantitative research techniques

- Solid experience in leading project-based engagements and delivering findings to senior client stakeholders
