Job Description/KRA:

- Lead and develop a research strategy, program effectiveness and impact to deliver outcomes which can be applied for the benefit of industry/consumers/customers

- Provide high level research advice and expertise to key internal and external stakeholders, professional

- End-to-end responsibility for delivery on key client accounts - front end role in scoping and delivery of key projects to clients

- Develop marketable solutions/capabilities

- Identify sales trends and closely manage profitability on projects

- Engage stakeholders and provide recommendations on appropriate research strategies and pathways

- Lead, develop and recommend research designs and solutions that best meet the organisations objectives and which drive the development of practical initiatives and outcomes that benefit the broader community and economy

- Establish and maintain productive working relationships and networks with stakeholders

Desired Candidate:

- MBA / Post-Graduation with 10+ years of experience in delivering strategic insights engagements across industries involving quantitative research

- Hands-on experience in using multiple statistical tools such as SPSS, Advanced Excel, other tabulation

- Should have strong analytical skills with client management/ Stakeholder Management expertise
