Director - Quantitative Research & Analysis - SME

Are you someone with :

- Responsible to handle, drive and improve on service delivery of the entire Strategic Research team

- Working actively in defining/developing the Strategic Research service offering for the next 1 year, 2 year and 3 years initially, by influencing the thinking and gaining credibility. Then, be the chief architect of its implementation

- In line with the service offering, develop a robust product suite addressed to the appropriate audience and put in place strong methodologies to ensure an acceptable level of standardization & quality in the product types

- Be a key sales person for the Strategic Research capability to start with& in time, become THE key salesperson through demonstrated ability to create interest among stakeholders and creating sponsorship for business objectives

- Lead and build - Train, coach, develop, engage and help build an effective first & second line of management (Deputy Managers & Managers) and own/drive, in conjunction with stakeholders, the career path development of team members
