Role Requirement :
- The candidate is expected to lead a team of 10-15 analysts-Analytics (ML)
- 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning is must
- Quant / Technical / Automated / Algo / Electronic Trader and Developer
- Quant Research / Sentiment Analysis / Data Analysis
- High Frequency Trading, Mid and low frequency strategy design and development
- Identifying an unfulfilled need in the market and ideating to provide a service to fulfill the need
- Developing High Frequency, Low Latency strategies
- Custom strategy automation, order routing, order management, risk management
- Candidate is expected to bring in a consultative mindset and problem-solving approach and drive analytical throughput for the team
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with senior clients
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
- Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
