- Look at Quality Assurance and Analytics for International and Domestic site
- Perform risk assessment for perform focus monitoring to drive account compliance
- Staff and perform audits as per SOW / process health
- Perform audits using focus monitoring for process improvement
- Conduct calibration sessions, weekly meet with stake holders
- Conduct performance appraisals & provide feedback on areas of improvement to team leads
