Director - Quality Assurance - Investment Banking/Financial Services

Our client is a leading Investment Banking company, looking to hire Director QA responsible for delivering highest value and best possible experience to customers by strategizing, implementing and overseeing the quality assurance process.

The role will provide focused attention to quality practices and engage in strategic partnerships with different constituents on a sustained basis.

Managing one or more QC process teams and play a people management role leading a team comprising of Managers, Lead Analysts and Analysts.

Key Deliverables:

- Direct accountability for specific functions within QC around overall performance and meeting stated business objectives

- Maintain and develop an appropriate system of internal management routines, ensure functioning of those routines and drive a high level of awareness within the function

- Generate and aggressively pursue fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms around quality to create value for the organization

- Interprets key issues around operations performance in a broader context and provide recommendations

- Fosters an environment of process improvement and controls. Ensures integration and alignment with external process and control initiatives

- Engage with onshore partners to explore new areas of growth

- Participate in Global Ops Council quality work stream initiatives

- Provide thought leadership within and outside of the delivery unit on key projects and talent approaches
