Our client is one of the largest asset management firms with their presence across the world. Currently, they are looking to recruit Director Purchase to Pay based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR

Description :

Reporting to the Global Sourcing Head, you will be responsible for :

- Responsible for developing the global procurement systems and policies along with handling the risks and compliance - Handling the entire change management/business transformation process by aligning the procurement across functions globally - Managing the end to end purchase to pay lifecycle

- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with different business heads to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile :

You will be a professional with more than 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, Purchase to Pay cycle management, etc. ideally in Technology companies/ Financial captives/Consulting industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
