Director Public Policy & Government Affairs

Experience :

- 20+ years experience in Indian Government Affairs, preferably at a multinational company in the energy industry and/or in government, or senior executive with 25+ years of industrial leader with regular interactions at high level with wide range of state authorities

- A substantive working knowledge of Indian government structure, politics, legislation, and policies, including government incentives

- Experience working with or in energy industry

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate communications regarding the Company's project development, including working with counterparts in other project participants organizations

- Advocate for favorable legislation, regulations, and incentives for the Company's contemplated or existing projects

- Build and maintain network and close working relationships with a wide array of federal and state officials, including government officials at the Secretary and Under Secretary and Director General levels
