The Director of Project Management will be responsible for managing the project management function as a shared service. He/She will report into the VP of Shared Services and support him in various initiatives and programs. This role is expected to work closely with all businesses within Clients Science Group to ensure we establish best-in-class project / program management practices and reporting frameworks

- Total experience of 10 - 15 years with at least 7-10 years of relevant and proven experience in running the project / program management function

- Project management certification like PMP, Prince2 will be an added advantage

- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and Agile project management will be an advantage

- Candidates with strong stakeholder management, people management and vendor management skills required

- Excellent creative problem-solving skills

- Strong initiative and proven leadership capabilities

- Good teamwork skills

- Excellent customer service orientation

- Ability to analyse large datasets

- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills (must be capable of working with and analysing data)

- Ability to present analytical results to leadership group

- Strong memory for detail and an instinct for recognizing patterns

- Willingness to question assumptions, theories, and facts

- Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines

- Experience of driving through ambiguity to create a clear view of goals and delivery strategy

- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

- Experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders under challenging circumstances, achieving high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through setting and meeting / exceeding realistic targets

- Stakeholder management skills are critical for this role as it requires daily interaction with a matrix of global key business stakeholders and influencers
