This individual will be responsible for working with multiple Teams, Clients, Projects and Stakeholders to ensure the overall projects are running with in time and optimized efforts of the overall organization. Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a - best-practice- Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. This role will also ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully. Job role - Build and Lead the PMO Function and drive Business excellence&nbsp; - Maintain SLA guarantees for all the Projects across Organization. - Ability to manage a range of projects types and complex business initiatives and change programs. - Ownership of the organization's Project Delivery Approach, its implementation, establishment and iteration - Ability to and experience of providing input to organizational business and budget planning - Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives - Team management experience with the ability to manage and motive virtual or matrix project teams as well as the PMO - Definition and execution of health check at account level for all the projects. Requirements: - Experience in Product and application development for clients. - Minimum 10 Yrs of experience in PMO for Technology development and support organisations. - Experience of being a Business Partner and managing relationships
