Minimum Qualifications :

1. 15+ years of professional experience in a product/enterprise company as a Program or Project Management Leader

2. Ability to define, develop and clearly articulate requirements.

3. Strong communication skills, ability to clearly convey technical content to both engineering and business stakeholders.

4. Prior experience leading programs in a product development environment

5. Ability to thrive in a start-up culture, the high degree of flexibility in taking ownership of a diverse set of tasks and deliverables to meet overall team goals

6. Ability to influence and drive results across functional, organizational, and geographic boundaries.

Job Description -

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the Program Management function and be responsible for creating the right processes and capabilities to execute Corporate, Strategic, Product and Customer projects/programs.

2. Own end-to-end delivery and success with the required Quality, Timelines and Budget Utilization of all product delivery programs here

3. Be the custodian of all aspects of your function including Performance and Culture.

4. Ensure Cross Functional, Multi Geography, Multi-Disciplinary synchronization across programs and projects

5. Act as a Business Partner to Operations team for all matters concerning to Product Delivery

6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the legal compliance process, how to apply it and ensure that legal risks are mitigated.

7. Lead a team of Technical Writers to deliver all Product and Engineering Collaterals

8. Own the tooling backbone for R and D teams which includes PLM Windchill, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence

9. Coaching and Mentoring to create high performing teams and act as a change agent

10. Monitor budget and resource allocations and drive optimal use to deliver products

11. Deliver product roadmap working through engineering teams within budget and timelines

12. Lead teams to deliver complex systems working with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain operations and Delivery teams

13. Define agile and iterative development processes to drive incremental capabilities in the product
