Education Program Director
Description :
1. Lead the strategy, design, implementation and review of projects and put in systems to effectively monitor, and track the initiatives planned under the roadmap
2. Prepare strategic roadmaps and implementation plans with goals and milestones
3. Set up project management processes and guidelines and ensure that all activities are driving towards the defined goals
4. Work closely and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (NGOs, implementation or research partners, Senior bureaucrats and Govt. stakeholders, etc.) co-create and implement solutions, and build their capacity
5. Strong focus on data analysis, synthesis, reporting and communication of findings to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
6. Development of annual / quarterly goals, detailed budget planning, leading operations, implementation and ensuring timely reporting
7. Lead the team, attract, hire and retain talent, and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive work environment
8. Mentor and motivate team members, and build in capacity building mechanisms for their growth and development
