Director - Program - Educate Girls

Role overview:

The Director - Program works with the Executive Director to create the strategic vision of the organization's programmatic goals and outcomes. The position is also responsible for the creation, management and supervision of all program content, training and quality across Educate Girls geographical locations. The Director - Program serves as liaison between all programs related initiatives and the Executive Director.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Post graduate degree in social sciences, development studies, business management or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 12-15 years- experience in management with demonstrated expertise in program management, implementation, strategic thinking and team management;

- Expert in program strategy, design & quality

- Experience in designing programs, developing content material and prior experience of working in community

- Strong communication skills, content and verbal

- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work with people from varied backgrounds and levels

- Sensitive to issues of gender equality

- Community mobilisation / Education experience preferred
