Director - Professional Services - Banking & Payments

Our client is a leading technology unicorn and is building its professional services team.

As a Director of Professional Services, you will be reporting to VP of Professional services and will be responsible for

- Leading the implementation of Banking & Payments solutions for multiple clients across geographies

- Grow the existing business by identifying opportunities for adoption of other products of the company

- Ownership of building & growing the professional services team for a specific region, customer set or product segments

- Managing customer relationships with C-Level Executives, Top Management, Key Stakeholders of enterprise customers to obtain customer's goals and objectives for an agile-based value implementation

- Drive a culture of customer obsession, quality delivery, predictable outcomes, learning and compassion for the peers

- People processes in the function - Hiring, employee Engagement, Growth and Culture development

Desired Experience:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in managing the delivery of end to end implementation of cloud solutions

- Experience of working in Banking & Payments solution companies or Professional services teams of enterprise product companies

- Experienced in successful implementation/adoption of agile/lean business practices

- Executive Presence and proven ability to communicate professionally with executive teams, internally and externally, with customers and partners, including CXO-level ability to manage stakeholder interests and navigate customer

- Holds a Bachelors or Master's degree in engineering
