- VC-funded FinTech company based in Mumbai & Bangalore.
- Work with the product team to define product strategy, and roadmap and solve for 10X scale
- Own specific product metrics related to Acquisition and Retention and have data-driven decision making
- Adopt a scientific approach to problem-solving, form hypotheses, and run experiments to move metrics and drive business impact
The Successful Applicant :
- Over Five years of hands-on experience in Product Management & Development.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good with data analytics and visualization
- Hands-on experience with statistical and analytical tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and drive products with minimal direction
- Collaborative approach with clear communication
- Familiar with agile product development processes.
- Prior experience at fast-growing fintech / B2B startups will be preferable
