Role Description:

- Manage the entire Life Cycle of the existing products for our Employers

- Develop a clear product strategy for the Product Portfolio, ensuring they are positioned correctly in terms of breadth and depth of functionality

- Identify new business opportunities within the market segment (range extension, new product/service offerings, new channels to market, third party alliances, etc.) and develop costed Business Proposals for these opportunities

- Growth hacking - Experimenting across alliances, acquisition programs, product variants & data analytics for product and business growth

- Develop product pricing strategy which is well researched, clear and communicated to customers and internal stakeholders

- Monitor product performance on a monthly basis taking corrective action (e.g. pricing review, promotional program, analysis of sales) where necessary

- Lead a team of product managers and cross functional stakeholders to deliver roadmap

Skills & Qualifications:

- Ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience, of which 5-7 yrs of experience in product management. Price modeling experience is a good-to-have

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must - Preference would be given to Engineers & MBA from Tier 1 institutions

- Deep understanding of how B2B and B2C marketplaces operate for mobile services

- Analytical thinking - analyze data, determine how to incorporate findings into projects

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles

- The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly-changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedules
