Director - Product - Online Merchant Acquisition - FinTech Startup

This hiring is for a hypergrowth mode Fintech startup.

We are looking for a strong Sr Product Manager who will further lead a team of Product Managers, and fully own a product life cycle for our Merchants Division.

Responsibilities :

- Owning and independently defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our merchant acquiring products globally

- Owning the operational and commercial relationships with service providers and partners

- Working with the Engineering team to define and execute a scalable product architecture that will work internationally

- Creating and scaling teams, starting with POs and BAs, who have responsibility for managing backlogs and leading delivery across different product features and markets

- Assessing opportunities, understanding behavior, testing hypotheses with data analysis

- Having end-to-end ownership of the merchant acquiring product development lifecycle

Eligibility :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in handling full cycle of payments for a fintech or NBFC

- Should possess experience in building products from scratch

- Should be from top institutes only

- Should be from B2C product-based startups
