Director - Product Management - Startup/eCommerce (10-15 yrs)

- Create a product roadmap based on a deep understanding of customer needs
- Assesses market and competition to formulate product and growth strategies
- Closely work with various internal teams
- Analyze and help build solutions for partnership opportunities
- Set up hypothesis-driven product experiments and analyze results
- Develop end-to-end process for smooth launch, execution and success of the products
- Coordinate and manage IT integration with brands, affiliates, clients for smooth execution of the promotions
Desired Profile :
- B.E. / B.Tech. with MBA/MS preferred (top tier colleges)
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience : 10+ years in consumer internet, as product manager, Senior Product Manager and Group Product Manager
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Problem solving ability, out of the box thinker
- Wireframes, Product Requirements Definition (PRD), Analytics, Scrum, Consumer Behaviour
- Ability to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the product successful
- Outstanding written/oral communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
