Job Description - We are looking for a senior product owner with minimum 14 years of experience in product management of "Payment Cards". This role requires strong experience in leading , innovating and driving commercial product portfolio.

Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Continuously innovating and evolving the Product Line Strategy including the development and execution of strategies that deliver best in class payment solutions that help our commercial customers thrive. This includes the launch of both new and revitalized products (working closely with the New Product Development team).

- Sustain a strong understanding of the payments industry and regulatory environment whilst building strategies that will ensure our market readiness and enhance the competitive advantage of our Corporate products.

- Maintain a critical financial lens on portfolio economics; identify and implement significant margin enhancement opportunities while concurrently balancing customer value.

- Partner with Global Service Group, Sales Organization, Marketing, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure coordinated and superior delivery of commercial products.

- Develop deep networks with central teams and both international and U.S. markets to leverage learnings, partnerships, and product benefits.

- Create a high commitment work environment where people are engaged, motivated, and encouraged to achieve through empowerment and personal development

Profile :

The successful candidate should have:

- Minimum 13 years of product, marketing or financial related experience with broad functional exposure and leadership of cross-functional strategic initiatives

- Deep solid knowledge of the commercial segments, trends, current competitive environment and regulation of the payments and financing industry in India.

- Strong strategic and analytical skills.

- Proven track record of leading comprehensive strategic reviews, developing recommendations and successful execution of plans.

- Superior relationship skills: ability to build and empower people and a mature understanding of strategically managing external partnerships to drive win-win outcomes.

- Solid understanding of payments economics and associated core levers, experience managing inputs into a P&L, and proven success in identifying and executing on opportunities to enhance profitability.

- Demonstrated ability to strive within a highly matrixed organization; capable of building, leveraging, and influencing internal relationships whilst driving alignment across lines of business.

- Strong team player with ability to navigate ambiguity and get things done without direct authority.

Track record of achievement within intense results orientation; proven ability to influence and drive change.
